eval: testing harness doesn't check position of error #144

ie, when testing this file:

import "io"
w := io.Writer(nil)
r := io.Reader(nil) // ERROR: cannot assign 
w = r

it should complain that the error doesn't happen at the marked line (it happens at the line below)
