No release notes published?

There do not seem to be any published release notes for tcnative. That means it´s hard to tell how urgent it is to upgrade when a new release is published (as in: should we drop everything and get it patched, can it be a regular issue on the backlog, or can we skip this particular version entirely?). Keeping some kind of change log or publishing release notes would be of great help there.
