Move section "Using GDAL to check and edit your rasters" to a new "How to" section ("How to edit raster data")
Add some information about raster alignment: what is it, it is recommended but not required, what happens if you do not align rasters (on the fly reprojection, DEM is leading, nodata is filled with global value).
