Drag an drop sequences / disable rewind and fast forward buttons in edit mode #188

Two suggestions from Conrad:

Make it possible to drag and drop other people’s strings into the comment box then continue to edit them on the goban.
Disable the rewind to beginning and end of the game buttons in edit mode.
