Additional Details

They have 2 possibilities to connect the control, by dongle or by Bluetooth.
By dongle the controller never sync with the dock in USB.
And in Bluetooth mode no touch are mapped.

Does the controller connect via Bluetooth? If so you need to follow the instructions in the issue template you filled out to find the controller IDs and map out the input data. If it doesn't connect at all then it may be a Bluetooth LE controller. There are builds supporting this on my discord server. The previous Turtle Beach controller I added was using this variant.
