Date range is inclusive when crossing a week boundary, exclusive otherwise

Hi!
There's an inconsistency(bug?) depending on whether an event spans the week boundary.
For example, event on March 17-19(Friday-Sunday) is displayed, as expected, in cells 17 to 19. However, March 16-18(Thursday-Saturday) only covers cells 16 and 17.

Until it's fixed, a workaround is to add 12 hours to the end date.

Hi @RKushnir, thanks for the report. I'm unable to replicate this locally, can you let me know what timezone you're testing in? I wonder if it's related to some weirdness with that.
