Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Improve code styling with .editorconfig and .NET Analyzers and StyleCop.Analyzers.

Describe the solution you'd like

Code style is not enforced on build and there are suggestions and warnings on build and the style is not consistent.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not using code style analyzers.

Hi @natenho I can add a proposal for a .editorconfig, a Directory.Build.props to force the analyzers and the analyzers. I have checked the changes too.
