Add --help to Mockaco so it can easily show the available commandline options

Specially when running as a dotnet tool, it would be good to have a list of available command line arguments.

Hi Vinicius, that sounds great, go ahead! 😉 I would look for an official implementation ( https://github.com/dotnet/command-line-api) but it's currently in beta release.. So I think https://github.com/commandlineparser/commandline is the way to go! Thank you!
