During the 2023 Year of Open Science TOPS is planning a broad suite of resources, events, and activities. This is the third meeting of the TOPS Community Panel which reviews and provides input on NASA’s strategy for transitioning to open-source science and plans for the Year of Open Science in 2023. This panel meeting will bring together leaders from the open science, open source software, and data science communities with the NASA TOPS team for a detailed review of TOPS plans.
