Let the user to define list of fields for the Push Topic query and remove the Name from the default list.

The default could be either

  • the few always existing fields (Id, LastModifiedById, LastModifiedDate, ...)
  • all fields (need to be loaded from the sobject definition)

As the later is more complex I would prefer the few common fields as the default.
