I'Ve been using the script a long time, now, all of a sudden, it opens epubs like a folder and sorts every single HTML page into the pamphlet folder, rendering the original epub useless.

This is what I use, and it worked perfectly before: organize-ebooks.sh -owi -owis=Goodreads,Amazon.de,Amazon.com,Google --output-folder=erledigte_ebooks -ofu=uncertain -ofc=corrupt_files -ofp=pamphlets .

So noone else has these problems? Epubs get seperated into their single files, of course no Metadata for these XHTMLs is found and everything lands in the pamphlet folder... PDFs work fine, it's only epubs...
