LGA Summary Page - Add Quantity and Quality - 10 September

Hi @boyombo, can you add these numbers to the LGA summary page? For now, since we have no admin editing capability for this page, and they change only every quarter, hard coding is fine.

Please change the titles for the columns for both quantity and quality to match what is written here:
