Facility Report Pages - Most Common Wait Time Calculation - 22 Aug

Hi @rebecca-caktus, there seems to be a discrepancy in data on the most common wait time calculations. For example, on the General Hospital report several weeks show that people waited for over 4 hours. On the feedback by services it says that in 34 of the 34 completed reports patients waited for less than one hour. I'm also seeing this in the arum chugbu report as well.

Can you look into this and makes sure that the variables are aligning with those on text it?

The value displayed is the total of the different times, not the frequency of the most common wait time.

Okay @boyombo this was definitely decided on in the very beginning of the
design. @rebecca-caktus, can you help out here if needed? Wait time should
show most common wait time.

@laurenweinstein to change that, we have to change the data entered by patients (we should do same for "<1 hour" that was changed to "0-1 hour").
With date filtering, it should take care of itself in the long-run, without tampering with the data.
