在openvpn中使用ssh,在大流量传输时会卡死，这个大流量是类似命令行一次性输出较多内容（比如用vim打开文件）。这个是因为tun0这个虚拟网卡设备的mtu比openvpn服务器设置的值要大，ssh数据被丢弃。
临时解决方法ipconfig tun0 mtu 1200 (之前默认1500)
永久生效需要修改openvpn配置文件，加入mssfix 1200
