Position chords above staff not below

When I import a .nwc file with chord symbols, the .xml moves them from above the staff to below; see attached .nwctxt file (renamed as ...dotNWCtxt.txt, but I actually entered the .nwc into your site) and resulting XML file (renamed as ...dotXML,txt). When I import the XML into MuseScore 3, I need to delete all the chords (below staff) and add them above staff; result at https://sites.google.com/site/jrceloni/home/others/lk1. If there's a way you can recognize the text as chords not lyrics, please put them on top. (I'm not sure you can because the only way I know how to enter chords in NWC is as Text, but even so, I put them above the staff). Thank you.
