Reporting rates in EUR, USD, etc in select currency should use five decimals after the decimal separator, not just two.
Should see five decimals after the decimal separator for rates.
See only two decimals, now some rates are displayed as 0.00 or 0.01

Expected behaviour
Should see five decimals after the decimal separator for rates.
Actual behaviour
See only two decimals, now some rates are displayed as 0.00 or 0.01
