MSYS2 installer has unreadable text on dark theme Windows11

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

On light theme on Windows11 everything is visible:

But on dark theme text is gone:

Expected behavior

Text readable regardless of choosen theme

Actual behavior

Text is unreadable on dark theme
