Whenever I open up the launcher by just clicking on it I get this message:

Have you tried running the launcher as an Admin?

Right click > Run as administrator

click on "+ Details" and copy that whole thing (if you can) onto pastebin.com and give us the link. If not, and if it's just easier for you you can take another screenshot of that.

Well, details will give a stack trace, but the root problem is already apparent from exception message: Can't get a log lock. I can think of two scenarios:
a) The program is blocked from writing to %AppData% (paranoid security software with jacked-up settings?)
b) There are multiple copies of the launcher (ClassiCubeSelfUpdater) already running in the background, perhaps frozen/stuck.
