Unable to Access MIND Dataset Due to Public Access Restriction on Storage Account

Hi,
I am currently trying to download the MIND Dataset, but the Storage Account which should provide the datasets does not allow public access. Wild guess — this seems to be a result of the recent CrowdStrike outage.

I'll attach an example of the error message which does occur on any of the download links:

Would it be possible to change this setting?
