Error compilling with newest Rtools

When I try to install the package I get the following error:

Sorry for the late reply. I assume you have a Windows machine. This package is actually only for Mac. Perhaps you can try: https://github.com/mrxiaohe/WRScppWin, which is for windows machines. But I don't know if it will work since I haven't updated for a long time, and I don't have a windows machine.
