fine-tuning "initial_epoch" question, i am confused

i am confused about the value of the initial epoch in the transfer learning fine tuning module.

in the first step we have trained the feature extractor 5 epochs, in the second step we train to fine tune the model another 5 epochs.
it is possible that we train the fifth epoch again, which is why we have trained 11 epochs in total. while fitting the fine tuning model the output shows from 5/10 to 10/10 and the x axis should then range from 0 - 10

0 - 4 = 5 values and 6 - 10 = 5 values = 10 epochs

but 5 training progress bars in fitting the feature extrator and 6 bar fitting the fine tuning model

according to my understanding, the value of the initial epoch should actually be five and not four, so that training continues from the fifth epoch or what am i misunderstanding?
