I'm having problems getting any type of hardware acceleration pipeline to work.

Getting write Image in place of video.

Any suggestions or pipelines I could test?

If you're targeting Windows & DX11 and are planning to stream from UDP you're in luck:
https://github.com/stuw-u/GStreamerUnityHardwareDecoding

Hardware decoding would require some system that draws the decoded directly on a sharable texture generated inside the Plugin.
