CROSS COMPILE ISSUE FOR RISCV

In my Eyenix Riscv development Board (EN675M), I have cross compiled this once.

what i have done is changed my CC env to my cross compiler

export CC=riscv64-eyenix-linux-gnu-gcc
cmake .         # in root repo root
make 

it worked few months ago.
but right now it doesn't work that way

it gives this error

how can i resolve this issue with ssl ?
how to dissable ssl support ?

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.0)

project(v4l2rtspserver)

option(COVERAGE "Coverage" OFF)
option (WITH_SSL "Enable SSL support" OFF)

set(ALSA ON CACHE BOOL "use ALSA if available")

disabling this way not working.

It should be possible to disable SSL running :

cmake -DWITH_SSL=OFF -DCMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME=Linux -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=riscv64-eyenix-linux-gnu-gcc -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=riscv64-eyenix-linux-gnu-g++ \
     -DCMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH_MODE_PROGRAM=NEVER \
     -DCMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH_MODE_INCLUDE=ONLY \
     -DCMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH_MODE_LIBRARY=ONLY \
     -DCMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH_MODE_PACKAGE=ONLY .
