Description:
While on the welcome page, if the telemetry opt in/out toggle is enabled, and the page is reloaded via clicking the “Try our chromium extension” link (#60), the toggle will flicker (the white dot will be positioned to the left and slide to the right). See attachment for more details.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load the Firefox Firefox Bridge v0.1 in the browser
  2. The welcome page opens in a new tab
  3. Reload the page via clicking the “Try our chromium extension” link and observe the toggle

Expected:
The toggle should not show their animation when the page reloads, but remain static.

Actual:
The toggle flickers when the page reloads.
