On 4th form and more, it doesn't post results on spreadsheet #16

I've tested 4th and 5th form and it doesn't seem to post (all on the same spreadsheet id).

Triple tested and made sure the sheet id matches.

Checked back on the 3rd form to see if it still submits fine, it does.

However the 4th and 5th form consistently doesn't work (checked all the fields if correct as well).
