Can't add pieces with jigsaw to spawn monobanks

I am unable to be able to spawn custom monobank in custom village as in issue. Please advice me on how to make it possible

Hmm. I actually don't know. Jigsaws seem to be identical.
I also don't understand why the monobank piece (the one with just monobank and jigsaw) is generated one block below when generated manually from a source jigsaw. But that seems to be unrelated to the issue, as it does that even if only Monobank is installed, and it generates fine in the village.
This is probably some structure generation magic I don't understand. Or we are missing something obvious.
