Plug isn't adding streaming sites to the non steam section

I'm not too sure what is happening but I'm using the latest version of the plugin for steamOS beta v3.6.9 for the steam deck oled

I wonder if maybe it good to auto turn on the service for installs then disable.

I guessing the idea for it is to allow users the option to disable it since it seems like its continuously running if enabled?

@julianrios im going to increase the cooldown to 30 seconds, ans the autoscan to also disable during this time, i notice it creates duplicates. Sometimes for multiple shortcuts it takes longer on manual, it would be cool to keep it on though
