Proton resets upon Steam restart.

I have Rainbow Six Vegas 2 installed through Ubisoft Connect, but I found out I have to switch to Proton 9.0-2 to get the game to detect Steamdeck controls as 360 controller input. It wouldn't work on GE-Proton9-11. But every time I launch Steam again, Ubisoft connect would default to GE-Proton9-11. I created a new shortcut for Ubisoft Connect with a different shortcut name as a workaround to keep the compatibility from defaulting to GE-Proton9-11.
