Overview

As of getting my new laptop last year, I've since been unable to use the original requirements.txt, which was for Intel based x86 architecture.

Since then, I added python-requirements-apple-silicon.txt (since renamed to python-requirements-arm64.txt. This is all I've been maintaining. So, since the intel version isn't being maintained anymore, I think we should drop it. If not, we might want to rename it to disambiguate.
