ICD11 Ingest #434 introduces new prefixes from the ICD11 ingest: icd11.foundation, id11.schema, and icd11.z. These prefixes are probably good as-is, though icd11.z (http://who.int/icd#Z_), which I believe refers to obsoleted classes in the foundation, could probably be given better naming.
In addition to these new foundation prefixes, there are existing ICD11 prefixes in mondo-ingest. However, just having it be "ICD11" is ambiguous. It doesn't tell us whether or not it pertains to the foundation (it doesn't) or a particular linearization.
Orphanet
In the case of Orphanet, 100% of their ICD11 and ICD-11 references are to what I call ICD11MMS (Morbidity and Mortality Statistics), so I suggest that we rename these prefixes to ICD11MMS.
NCIT and DOID
Apparently NCIT and DOID also have ICD11 xrefs, but I don't know anything about these.
Others
I don't yet know with 100% certainty if there are other ICD11 xrefs coming in from elsewhere.
Sub-tasks
1. Consider renaming icd11.z
2. Consider renaming Orphanet's ICD11 and ICD-11 to ICD11MMS
3. Figure out what to name ICD11 xrefs from NCIT
4. Figure out what to name ICD11 xrefs from DO
5. Figure out if there are any other ICD11 refs anywhere else, and rename them.
