This happened to me now for the third or forth time today, while im trying to catch up to some conversations. I’m using an external keyboard for enhanced productivity, but when chatting in monal the „input bar“ and keyboard header from Ipad OS glitch away. I can’t restore them. I need to restart the entire application to get them going again.
I’m still testing out XMPP / Monal for enterprise deployment and that happend to other test devices. (It was only reported to me, that this accord when using the „folio keyboard“, „magic keyboard“ and other third party keyboard, that we don’t support). I was not informed about that happening on other platforms then the IPad.
Thanks for giving Apple based organizations access to this platform with monal and allowing us to maintain an accessible in house solution for communication.

I would not like to attach log files if it is not 100% necessary, because of vulnerable information that i know are contained in them. If your looking out for specific parts of it, i might be able to extract that parts from logfiles as soon as the issue happens again.
I have checked that at least XEP-198, XEP-0280, XEP-0352, XEP-0357, XEP-0313 and XEP-0163 are activated on my server and shown as 'green' under Settings --> Account--> (i) in advanced settings
