We should be making this as easy as possible for someone to run in as little time as possible.

Need some step by step instructions on how to get it running for the first time.

We need this for both local dev environment and the production environment.

I suggest to add a docker-compose.yml file for the database setup. I believe this is the quickest and most convenient way to install the database, allowing us to spin up an instance with a single command after installing Docker. What do you think about this approach?
