You can clone or also download zip file to your project.

IN Laravel 5.X|6.X|7.X|8.X

cd {your-laravel-directory}/resources/lang

IN Laravel 9.X|10.X

cd {your-laravel-directory}/lang

and copy fa folder in lang

That's all :)
