The Problem

Some users delete old requests and then repost them in order to bump it.

Might not be worth the effort. I'd personally prefer just manually warning users who do that. I also don't think there's more than one user who is doing this.

I'm concerned however, because doesn't this delete our bot's extra info that was attached previously?
