Paginating big tables is a common ask in dashboards (and is preferrable to internal scrolling within the page).

It'd be nice to explore if there's something we can add to the existing table function here to allow paginating of tables in an accessible way.

Have a decent version using reactable for this in https://github.com/dfe-analytical-services/apprenticeships-provider-dashboard
