New custom "HelpBox"-TV-Type [AND] new TV-Option (for any exisiting TV-Type) to add boxes with helpful texts, links and images to the TV-Section

I often want to give the clients more (graphical) information/help or helpful links to a TV which describes how they could handle best with the actual module they want to fill. But at the moment, you could only add a small description-text to MODX by default. So it would be extremely helpful if you could just add small, intelligent HelpBoxes, where you can display any HTML-Code (like images, helpful tutorial-links & Youtube-Videos -> perhaps opened in a lightbox) you want, to better show them what they are working on - or add additional help by adding video-trainings directly where there are needed - near the TV.

So I had the Idea that you could do it in two different ways:

1. As own custom TV-Type for maximum flexibility and the option to reorder it by the default MODX-TV-Rank:
   

2. As new TV-Option, so that you don't need any additional TV to show this HelpBoxes. You just simply select where the box should appear (left, right, above or below the main-tv) and how it should look and behave + you insert any HTML-Code (directly or via referenced chunk) as content which gets displayed with the HelpBox:

+1 totally love this idea.
Would be great if you could add descriptions that are hosted somewhere else, this way you could use and update generic TV descriptions for several projects.

Edit: Last time I was working on this plugin I was trying to move all template labels/descriptions/helptexts into lexicon files so they can be easily translated. I really need to have a look how far I went down that road.

Another proof of concept that never made it into a proper modx extra (shame on me).

It lists all siblings of the current resource as well as the current parent. The arrows move you to the next/previous sibling and the plus creates a new sibling with the same parent. Saves you TONS of time. Don't know if it still works in revo 2.3, but I guess we can fix this.
