[Chore] Auto-Select Master Checkbox in Table

What general chore or task would you like to see performed?

In a Goponent table that has checkboxes on each row:

1. When a user manually selects every row in the table, the Master Checkbox should automatically get selected.
2. If a user then unselects one row, the Master Checkbox should automatically get unselected.
