I suspect that this is due to the Electron apps being run in Chrome. To turn on automation Chrome, there are steps (in the wiki -https://github.com/mmarquee/ui-automation/wiki/chrome), but whether you can do this for an Electron app I don't know.

Is the apps a publically available app that I can experiment with?

Its very frustrating as it works on my local PC but on server it shows there is not components I'm wondering if its the UI AutomationCore on the server. So I've been trying to mess around and use my own DLL from my home PC but I've not been successful. So i was wondering if you could help me!
