Revised the incorrect article in "a 1864 territorial law" to "an 1864 territorial law", edited the copied phrase "chemicals linked to cancer higher risks." from Axios's article to more closely align with the correct Washington Post article's phrasing "chemicals linked to an increased risk of cancer.", and removed the uncalled-for comma in the last sentence of topic 4.
