Add support for adding custom GeoJson layers to the map. This could be used for showing the coverage of the location service directly in NeoStumbler. At least BeaconDB provides its coverage as a GeoJson: https://beacondb.net/map/6.geojson

ichnaea provides coverage as a tile layer, are you planning to add support for that as well or only geojson?

Custom map tiles should also be doable, but I'll do GeoJson first. Maybe create a new issue for custom map tiles?
