Bar appears when scrolling up in chat.7

Describe the bug
When I scroll up this black bar appears that I cant seem to get rid of.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just scroll chat up and when the go to bottom appears and it has a black bar.

Expected behavior
This has been happening since I started using glass, I would assume this bar can be made transparent.
Also no text at all appears where this bar is so its also makes me wonder if I messed with a setting and its now out of alignment.

I can confirm that I have the exact same bug. If I scroll the chat up to see previous entries, I have this thick black empty bar hiding half of the window appearing.
