Document steps involved in adding a pipeline to Dagster deployment

We have updated the way that we build and deploy Dagster and related pipelines to rely on docker containers and docker-compose. We have a workflow for being able to add new pipelines to the workspace but it is not documented or fully streamlined. We need to write down the steps involved in going from developing a pipeline to getting it deployed and smooth over any sharp edges that we can address in the process.
