I need to implement QNGD optimizer with torch+torchquantum circuit for optimization purposes. Please let me know and help any source file exists in it.

Hello! I’m fairly certain we don’t currently have an implementation of QNGD yet but would be happy to help as I can if you run into any difficulties!
