Some of the PET PETSCII values are wrong.

In the PETSCII table, chars $60-$7F and $E0-$FE are undefined, and when printed produce duplicates of other characters. $FF is a special case and prints as pi.

As you can see, the printed characters differ from what the VIC-20 and later print. CBM-II behaves like the PET.
