How do I can raise loglevels from INFO to WARN?

Hello there!
I found a huge logfile at /var/lib/docker/containers/<containerID>/<containerID>-json.log where containerID is the running misskey_web.
Inside the file, there are a lot of INFO logs, I would like to put into WARN level, for all created containers (web,redis,postgre).
I can't find any hint inside docker-compose.yml or DockerFile... Any idea?
