RSS doesn't hide/mark CW/NSFW note contents

💡 Summary

Misskey has a RSS feature that allows visitors to retrieve notes via https://instance.example.com/@username.atom. As the Misskey UI collapses the content warning (CW) or not safe for work (NSFW) contents, users may also expect the RSS to do the same.

🥰 Expected Behavior

On CW/NSFW notes, the RSS only shows the summary and indicates it as CW/NSFW.

🤬 Actual Behavior

On CW/NSFW notes, the RSS still shows all the contents.

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1. Send a CW/NSFW note.
2. Check the RSS layout at https://instance.example.com/@username.atom.
