Selectable data sources in MET view

Combining the three MET sources to display in one decoded METREPORT(/METSENSOR) window.

• A: VATSIM ATIS (A for ATIS) - Only present for "ATIS airports" (use ATIS store)
  • VATSIM ATIS displayed in METREPORT format #61
• M: METAR (M for METAR)
  • Metreport & metsensor based on parsed METAR #73
• R: AWOS (R for Real) - Only present for "AWOS airports" (use wx store)
  • Already present.

Displaying/selecting data source

Switching between the data feeds for each window (airport) individually with an A/M/R button added as winbox custom control.

Indicating the selected "letter" in bold and/or with a different background/font color).

Data source fallback

If one feed unavailable, automatically use next one below in the priority order, (e.g. if no ATIS online, use AWOS/METAR)

Data priority which is 2nd/3rd priority of METAR and AWOS, selectable as an option, otherwise has to be determined.
