🐞 Parameters displayed incorrectly within control panel

Describe the bug.

On the Parameters page within Control Panel, the "key" and "Role name" values are displayed in the wrong place. They are stored correctly within AWS parameter store

To Reproduce

1. Log in to Control Panel as a superuser
2. Click the "List all parameters" link under superuser functions (or go to https://controlpanel.services.analytical-platform.service.justice.gov.uk/parameters/all/)
3. Parameters are displayed incorrectly

Expected Behaviour

The parameter key should be displayed under the "Key" column.
The role name should be displayed under the "Role name" column.
