Idea Description:

Using AP User Guide, Analytical Platform/Data Platform code and support backlog for customised training, create a first line of support bot for AP.

Why Should We Do This:

1. This allows us to dogfood one of the approaches to providing access to LLMs for AP customrs
2. A good opportunity to get some hands-on with AWS AI suite of tools
3. If taken forward, could reduce the AP support overhead and free up more time for development.

Definition of Done

A Ruby on Rails front end that accepts queries and returns answers to AP support questions
