Get Message_Tags in comments

Hi there,
I'm tryng to get "message_Tags" data for each comment, but it run just when the user tagged is a page. And not every time.
I'm pretty sure that it is possible to do it also when the tagged node is a user, because i checked it on the graph api explorer.
Can you help me?
